TCS Sacks Four Executives for Bribery in Contract Hiring
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has recently terminated the employment of four executives and blacklisted three staffing firms following an investigation that revealed their involvement in accepting bribes in exchange for hiring contract workers. The investigation was initiated after a whistleblower brought forward allegations against senior executives within TCS’s resource management group (RMG), accusing them of accepting bribes from staffing firms over an extended period of time. The RMG is responsible for recruiting contract workers for TCS.
